In addition to managing all aspects of a busy agency, Grace has worked at a major OEM and understands the realities of the aerospace business. She actively manages all aspects of the Aerospace Marketing Lab’s operation. And she’s a Sun Devil, through and through.

A communications and marketing wizard, Melanie oversees the full project management lifecycle for the implementation and coordination of projects for our clients. Melanie brings 10+ years of aerospace marketing experience, creating and managing various marketing materials and campaigns. Melanie is extremely passionate about aviation. More often than not, you’ll catch her at an airport, eyes to the sky, planning her next adventure.

Based in Dallas, Texas, Joe is a passionate UI/UX front-end designer/developer who exercises both his creative and logical sides to deliver professional, engaging designs for his customers. He is also a master of solving problems through visual web, mobile, and responsive designs that improve navigation, enhance visuals, and deliver powerful search engine rankings. In his free time, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and practicing jiu-jitsu.
